Requirements - Use must comply with applicable law and Discord policies. - Guild settings may only be changed by authorized users (owner or Manage Server).
User obligations - Validate configurations before production use. - Keep credentials, tokens, and API keys confidential. - Abuse, spam, limit bypassing, automation abuse, and intentional disruption are prohibited.
Service and availability - SIVARO is operated with reliability in mind, but maintenance, updates, and incidents may occur. - Features, limits, and plan content may evolve for technical or economic reasons.
AI FAQ note - AI responses may still be incomplete or incorrect despite safeguards. - Server operators remain responsible for final decisions, moderation actions, and compliance.
Liability - Liability applies within the legal framework. - No unlimited liability for indirect or consequential damages, misconfiguration impact, or Discord-side restrictions.
Changes to these terms Terms may be updated for legal, technical, or operational reasons. The currently published legal version applies.
